Shipping & Handling
All orders will be shipped via USPS. Purchased items will be shipped within 1-2 days of the order, although most will be SHIPPED SAME DAY if ordered before 1pm PST. Please allow 2 weeks to receive your order although most domestic orders will arrive in 4-5 DAYS.
If you have still not received your order feel free to contact us directly at email@example.com. FreshBotCo is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, or stolen shipments. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues receiving your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package if you wish to return or exchange an item. Items must be brand new, undamaged, and returned in the proper packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return Shipping is not covered.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products listed on our site. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display colors.
Although availability may be indicated on the site, there is a chance that an item may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any product or to cancel any order.
